Both the Office of the President of Ukraine (OPU) and the parliamentary initiative group decided to provide several options for the so-called “economic reservation” from conscription into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, that is, for a deferment from mobilization, Ukrainians will need to pay regularly.

About the fact that different types of such “armor” will either introduce additional taxation of the salaries of Ukrainians liable for military service, or introduce a stable monthly surcharge for each “retained” employee, writes NBN, referring to material from Ukrayinska Pravda.
For example, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is inclined to organize the process described above, starting from the amounts of actually accrued salaries, from which the tax is paid. The “entry limit” that allows you to count on “economic booking” is the range from 30,000 to 35,000 hryvnia per month. That is, with this salary, tax deductions from the reserved employee paid by the employer will amount to 18,000 hryvnia.
An alternative option is proposed in the group of Dmitry Natalukha, who is the head of the parliamentary committee on issues of economic development, the bill is based on the introduction of a special tax, in some way similar to military duty: if the employer intends to give employees “economic reservation”, then he undertakes to make an additional monthly contribution for the military service member of 20,000 hryvnia, without tax accounting.
