About the fact that the Ukrainian budget may lose at least several more billion hryvnias if the blocking of entry/exit by protesting Poles continues until the end of this winter month, writes NBN, referring to the economic forecast posted in the Telegram channel of the head of the parliamentary committee on issues of finance, tax and customs policy, Daniil Getmantsev.
According to the functionary, in a scenario involving the continuation of the protest of Polish farmers, including the blocking of checkpoints at the borders of Ukraine until the end of February, then the Ukrainian state budget will suffer losses in the amount of 7.7 billion hryvnia.
Getmantsev emphasized:
Accordingly, customs will not fulfill the plan for this amount. This is very noticeable for us. Especially in February.
