As NBN reports with reference to the video published in the TG channel of Taras Berezovets, also the prevailing Retired American Lieutenant General Mark Getling also commented on the situation in an interview with CNN.
So, on the American television channel CNN, a retired US Army general said the following:
This was one of the places at the front in Ukraine. This decision is tactical. Ukrainian troops were withdrawn to better positions. For the Russian troops this was very dramatic. They suffered several defeats and lost thousands of their soldiers. A regrouping was carried out at the tactical level.
