As NBN reports with reference to European Pravda, the G7 countries promised to help meet the “urgent financial needs” of our country, never recognize the pseudo-elections that will be held in the occupied territory of Ukraine, and also continue to provide support Ukrainian displaced persons and refugees.

In addition, these signed statements are known to note that the Russian Federation “must not succeed in destroying the Ukrainian economy in order to compensate for its own failures on the battlefield.”

Thus, representatives of the G7 added:

We will help Ukraine meet its immediate financial needs, as well as provide assistance to other vulnerable states that also felt serious consequences due to the aggressive war of the Russian Federation.

In this regard, the G7 leaders highly welcomed the adoption by the European Union of a four-year program of macro-financial support for our country in the amount of 50 billion euros, as well as the rapid provision of own budget support in the first quarter of 2024.

Let us remind you that we previously wrote that Zelensky addressed the leaders of the G7 countries.
