About the fact that, as before, older citizens of the country will be able to obtain pensioner status at the age of 60, subject to the accumulation of the required amount of insurance, or otherwise official work experience, that is, from which contributions to the Pension Fund were regularly paid , writes “NBN”, referring to the Law of Ukraine “On Compulsory State Social Insurance”, published on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
As it became known, the trend is with an increase in the number of insurance periods in Ukraine calculated until 2028 —every year potential pensioners will receive an increase of 1 mandatory year of experience. Thus, in order to enter a “well-deserved retirement” at the age of 60 by the year 2028, a person interested in help from the PFU should accumulate at least 35 years of experience in order to count on receiving an official “pensioner” status.
However, this year, in order to retire, a little less will be required, in particular:
- those in their 60s years —at least 31 years of experience;
- from 63 years —from 21 to 31 years of experience;
- from 65 -ty years — from 15 years to 21 years of experience.
