Kuleba explained what factor could delay Ukraine’s signing of security guarantees with the United States

O&nbsp ;that before signing the above agreement with the USA, Washington must first decide how much funds it will be able to allocate to support our country, writes NBN, referring to the statement of the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Dmitry Kuleba, made at the YouTube channel “Ukrainian Voice of America.”

According to Kuleba, first of all, Ukraine should wait for the promised “new help” from the United States, and only then start a conversation regarding guarantees. In particular, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry emphasized that “the money comes first, and the signing comes later,” since these agreements regarding guarantees are very specific—they “specify the amounts, specific things that will be worked with.” .

Thus, Washington will be able to count on concluding an agreement with Kiev only when it fully understands what resources are at its disposal.

Kuleba emphasized:

Such logic.
