Syrsky announced personnel changes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, explaining why it is not always possible to contain the Russian offensive

Over the past three days, the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, has not stopped conducting an “audit” of Ukrainian army units in the Eastern direction – after this inspection it became clear why, despite identical indicators of manning personnel, weapons systems and armored vehicles , some brigades manage to push back the attacks of Putin’s army, preventing a “breakthrough,” while others do not.

About the fact that the above-described inconsistencies in the effectiveness of countering invaders are provoked by the low qualifications of not only the commanders themselves, but also their staff officers, writes NBN, referring to the explanation posted in the official Telegram channel of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky.

According to Syrsky, the success of the defense is directly related to the level of training, experience and the ability of the brigade commander to make adequate and thoughtful decisions, while simultaneously understanding the full responsibility for the execution of assigned tasks, as well as for the lives and health of his own subordinates. In addition, the level of training and coherence of the work of the brigade headquarters, through which the commander implements his powers, is of enormous importance.

In particular, individual brigades have developed a number of difficulties with the proper preparation of the headquarters—in these units will be sent groups of specialists who will share their experience and provide assistance.

Also, the brigades will not only provide reserves, ammunition, drones and other equipment, but also in certain situations when the commander defenders showed dubious control of the situation, thereby creating a threat to the life and health of subordinates, appropriate “personnel decisions” will be forced to be made.

Earlier, we wrote about what direction for the “powerful breakthrough” the occupiers chose on&nbsp ;Donetsk region.
