According to the information released by the department, on behalf of the President of Ukraine and the head of the OPU Andriy Ermak, the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Igor Zhovkva began negotiations on security guarantees for our country with Spain.
During the dialogue, the parties discussed the structure of the future agreement and agreed on a schedule for further negotiations.
