Russian media revealed details of negotiations on the exchange of prisoners between the Russian Federation, Germany and the United States. Journalists said that about four hours before the first report of the death of Putin's personal enemy, the head of the Kremlin discussed his exchange with billionaire Roman Abramovich.

It is reported that the aggressor president agreed to the deal, writes NBN with reference to the publication Kreschatic.

Bulgarian investigator Hristo Grozev, who is familiar with the exchange plans, heard that the head of the Kremlin agreed to the exchange of Navalny. The journalist believes that in this way the Russian leader wanted to cover up plans to kill the oppositionist.

According to him, it is also possible that the war criminal decided to make a strategic move – to almost complete the negotiations in the hope that Berlin will agree to hand over Vadim Krasikov to Moscow, exchanging him for another Russian prisoner.

Negotiations on the exchange between the Russian Federation, Germany and the United States have been going on since the spring of 2023, then in the summer the German authorities expressed their agreement in principle to the exchange of Putin’s personal enemy.

The main role in lobbying for the deal was played by the oppositionist’s family. When Navalny was sent to the penal colony in the village of Kharp in December, his relatives convinced Berlin and Washington that preparations had begun for something bad.

Recall that the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, spoke cynically about the death of the oppositionist in the colony.
