Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is scheduled to visit Turkey this Friday, March 8, where the Ukrainian leader will meet with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

On the fact that special attention during the period Zelensky's visit will be devoted to familiarizing himself with the progress in joint Ukrainian-Turkish projects launched in the defense-industrial sphere, in particular, visiting shipyards where the construction of corvettes for the Ukrainian Armed Forces has begun, and several meetings with representatives are also expected local defense companies, writes NBN, referring to the official Telegram channel of the Office of the President of Ukraine (OPU).
As it became known, at the meeting between Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the head of the two states will touch upon the provisions of the “Formula of Peace”, discuss the organization of the global “Peace Summit”, approach the problem of navigation safety in the Black Sea, and will talk about global food stability, not forgetting about the release of Ukrainian prisoners of war and political prisoners held on the territory of the aggressor country.
