However, it should be clarified: the key proposal under discussion concerns the allocation of part of the assistance in the form of a loan, in particular, economic support for the government of Ukraine for the restoration of the country and identical purposes, but not military. In addition, assets of the Russian Federation, “frozen” by the US government, will be used as collateral.
