About the fact that Putin’s army, apparently, will not abandon attempts to carry out local attacks in these spring months, and will also begin preparations for the next stage of the offensive, planned for the summer of this year, writes NBN, citing ;Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

According to ISW analysts, only military support for Ukraine from a Western country can play a decisive role in the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ ability to hold positions and repel new offensive attempts by the occupiers in the coming months. It is assumed that the “second army of the world” will strive to maintain the momentum of its own offensive operations in all front-line directions, intending to prevent the Defense Forces from stabilizing defensive lines.

In addition, it is quite possible that the occupiers will not stop using priority, provided by the presence of initiative across the entire theater of operations, to variably reassess their offensive efforts, both in the spring and in the summer, hoping to take advantage of weak points in the defense of our country.

Also, Putin's troops seem to be trying maintain the speed of your advance, ignoring any losses, in order to take advantage of the shortage of ammunition and equipment in the AFU until the long-awaited help from the West arrives in Ukraine.

Earlier, we wrote about the fact that in ISW revealed how the delay in US military assistance to Ukraine opens up additional opportunities for the Russian Army.
