NBN writes about the fact that the creation of a joint customs and border control system will contribute to trusting relations between Ukraine and Poland in the field of grain transit, citing the statement of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Head of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Persons territories of Irina Vereshchuk, sounded during the telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.
Based on the words of Vereshchuk, the formation of the above-described joint control, including tracking the transportation of grain, will make it possible to clearly see, – “what, in what quantity and where is it going.” In particular, this process will become more transparent and clear, which will resolve existing disagreements.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that the procedure for exchanging data between the customs of Poland and Ukraine regarding the amount of agricultural products, and by what the cost it travels will eliminate any problematic issues.
It should be noted that the Deputy Heads of the Ministries of Infrastructure of Ukraine and Poland Sergei Derkach and Pavel Gancazh have already discussed the issue regarding the signing of agreements on joint customs and border control.
Earlier, we wrote that the Polish Ambassador answered whether his country would “motivate” Ukrainian refugees to return home.
