About the fact that with similar actions described above, Russia does not stop trying to create an alliance to counterbalance Western countries, developing 2-way relations not only with China, but also with Iran or North Korea, writes NBN, referring to Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

In particular, the terrorist state intensified relations with the DPRK, receiving from it cargoes with “ballistics” and artillery ammunition in exchange for the possibility of cooperation in the technological field. Also, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the PRC Igor Morgulov met with the head of the local Xinhua news agency Fu Hua in order to discuss comprehensive cooperation in the media space.

In addition, on March 19, Kremlin tyrant Vladimir Putin ;discussed by telephone with Iranian leader Ebrahim Raisi the establishment of closer cooperation between states. We are talking about the “stabilization” of the South Caucasus region, for example, the situation in Armenia and Azerbaijan.

ISW analysts summarized Moscow’s intentions to strengthen political and diplomatic bilateral relations with Beijing, as well as the strengthening of identical relations with Tehran and Pyongyang for military purposes indicates the formation of that very “bloc thinking”, supposedly to “balance the West.”
