In the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine, the personnel of the “second army of the world” received instructions not to talk again with local residents unless required by their job duties, NBN reports with reference to the CNS.

The basis for the ban on Russian “liberators” communicating with Ukrainians under occupation was the large amount of information that the population of WOT collects and transmits to the Defense Forces. Also, the reason for the corresponding order to the soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces is the enemy’s distrust of the local residents.

The Center of National Resistance emphasized that this is evidence of the lack of control of the Russians over the temporarily occupied regions in Ukraine.

Remember, on Tuesday, March 19, Russian media reported a drone attack on Crimea. As a result of the UAV strike on the peninsula, Putin's troops suffered losses in manpower and equipment.
