According to Sinegubov, in addition to the planned shutdowns, subsequent long “blackouts” are also possible. First of all, it is necessary to stock up on some volumes of water and food, charge power banks, check generators and fuel for them.
In addition, the local population is asked to reduce electricity consumption as much as possible in order to help the energy system, since power engineers will soon try to get out to peak power with the purpose of analyzing the limiting capabilities.
