Russian occupation forces are doing everything to leave Ukrainian citizens without heating and electricity.

As NBN reports, the high representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell, wrote about this on the social network X.
He also added in his publication that Putin’s troops used approximately 190 missiles during the week. They aimed them at civilians, as well as at energy facilities, in order to deprive Ukrainians of heating and electrical energy.

The European Union condemns the repeated attacks on the territory of the Ukrainian state over the past week. Russian military personnel used about 190 missiles, striking civilians and energy infrastructure. As a result, Ukrainians could be left without light and heat.

Among other things, Borrell noted that such actions on the part of the Russian Federation are a real war crime.
We recall that Borrell previously announced the amount which the European Union allocated to Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of our country.
