The ISW analytical report notes that the Islamic State’s attack on people in the Crocus City Hall shopping center in the Moscow region is a failure of the intelligence and law enforcement agencies of a terrorist state, reports NBN.

American experts have drawn attention to the fact that Moscow blames a neighboring state for the attack. In their opinion, such statements can cost dearly the lives of citizens of a terrorist state.

Analysts explained that with such statements, the Russian leadership ignores the obvious threat posed by the attacks of the Islamic State on the territory of the aggressor country, giving priority to false ones statements addressed to Kiev.

Putin decided that the information value of blaming Ukraine for the attack in the shopping center was worth any risks to the safety and victims of Russians, given that the country is not able to withstand radical threats.

Recall that the former head of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev called for “killing everyone involved” in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.
