About the fact that the first edition of the document provided for the introduction of restrictions on the right of individuals to travel outside the country, a ban on driving a motor vehicle, including the seizure of bank accounts and valuables stored in financial institutions, but some such “sanctions” were not decided ;to leave, writes “NBN”, referring to the explanation of a member of the said parliamentary committee Fyodor Venislavsky, published by RBC-Ukraine.

According to Venislavsky, the committee was initially inclined to keep until&nbsp ;considered in the Rada only the provision regarding restrictions on rights in driving motor vehicles, but were unable to agree on this ban, however, in the future, such a punishment, apparently, can be returned, in particular, for failure to appear person liable for military service in the TCC/SP.

In addition, representatives of the Defense Committee propose to introduce an obligation for people abroad to provide a military registration document for issuing a new passport, while providing consular services to the “dodger” will continue to provide.
