New charges in the case of blowing up Zaluzhny’s assistant: details from the State Bureau of Investigation (video)

About  that law enforcement officers have completed a pre-trial investigation concerning an officer from the Office of Assistants to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who gave several grenades to his deceased colleague Chastyakov, writes NBN, citing the official page of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).

As it became known, the culprit of the explosion of Zaluzhny’s assistant did not warn his colleague about the combat filling of the grenades, and also did not want to make sure that both Chastyakov and other guests of the office were able to understand that he had given exactly ready-made ones. to explosion of the device.

As a result, during the unpacking of the “present” at home, the grenade exploded in the hands of Chastyakov, who was confident that it was a souvenir dish—from the wounds received, the birthday boy died on the spot, and he minor son, severe bodily injuries.

Thus, a number of charges were revised for the perpetrator of the incident, raising suspicions of theft/embezzlement/sale of ammunition/committing murder by negligently and infliction of serious bodily harm due to negligence (Part 4 Article 410, Part 1 Article 263, Part 1 Article 119, Article 128 of the “Criminal Code of Ukraine”), providing for imprisonment for up to 15 years.
