In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, the psychotherapist said that the inhabitants of our country live in conditions of war, which is accompanied by chronic stress, due to which the brain begins to protect itself from excessive experiences. This manifests itself in a feeling of fatigue and apathy, reports NBN.

According to the expert, in Ukraine people are constantly under mental stress, a state of anxiety and anxious expectations. Every day they do not know whether they will be able to sleep today or will have to run for cover.

In addition, during the war, as Chaban noted, the inhabitants of our country have increased sensitivity to sounds – the nervous system “collects” additional information from which also begins to get tired.

The psychotherapist added that apathy and asthenia can also be manifestations of depression.

Earlier, specialists from the Ministry of Health told Ukrainians how to overcome the state of constant fatigue.
