O&nbsp ;that the President of the United States of America, apparently, does not have enough intelligence to carry out his intentions regarding even a short-term dictatorship, NBN writes, citing an explanation by a former US National Security Advisor in the Donald Administration Trump, John Bolton, published by the French edition of Le Figaro.

In particular, Bolton was asked a question regarding whether he observed in Trump the manifestation of certain “dictatorial habits”, which ex- the adviser answered laconically, but succinctly:

He doesn’t have the brains [for this], for God’s sake!

In addition, the former national security adviser emphasized that the scandalous oligarch Trump is not even able to form his own political philosophy, and prefers not to participate in the analysis of the geopolitical situation or making responsible decisions.

Previously we wrote about that the head of the Estonian Ministry of Defense told why Trump is right about US allies in Europe.
