The fact that Putin’s troops have concentrated their efforts west of Bakhmut, trying to capture Chasovoy Yar, writes NBN, citing the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

According to Russian “military bloggers”, their troops allegedly advanced deep into the eastern outskirts of the “Canal” microdistrict and its environs (the extreme east of Chasovoy Yar on the identical side of the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal), moving into the north-eastern zone of the “Canal” , and taking positions next to the railroad.

In addition, one of the commanders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces battalion involved in the Bakhmut direction confirmed that the “second army of the world” began a new wave of offensives on this section of the front, noting that the “liberators” concentrated their efforts on the outskirts of Chasovoy Yar, and also continue attacks on Ivanovskoye, trying to bypass the positions of the Defense Forces from the flanks of the previously indicated settlement.
