“NBN” writes about the fact that 254 people’s representatives voted for this document, referring to the Telegram channel of people’s deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

According to Zheleznyak, the proposal passed the primary version, then ;there is actually a “government version” approved with all the expanded restrictive standards. In particular, the document contains many problems and the most stringent norms, and all possible adjustments should be made by amendments to the second reading in the Defense Committee.

It should be noted that this, the first edition of the draft law, evasion of military service for mobilization, including refusal to undergo a medical examination, was proposed to be subject to criminal liability in the form of imprisonment for 3-5 years. In addition, fines were established for violation of the legislation on national defense/mobilization: in peacetime—from 34,000 to 85,000 hryvnia, and in conditions of a special period/martial law—from 15 3&nbsp ;000 to 204 000 hryvnia.
