The fact that the March-April intensification of combined attacks on our country can be explained simply—Putin’s army is trying to catch up winter “pauses” in attacks, writes NBN, referring to the statement of the speaker of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andrey Yusov, sounded during the telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.

According to Yusov, there is a clear trend—the invaders are striking at civilian targets that have nothing to do with the military-defense infrastructure. That is, the aggressor country deliberately relies on causing as much destruction and damage to civilian infrastructure as possible in order to complicate the lives of civilians and aggravate humanitarian problems in Ukraine.

The speaker of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU added — , which the occupiers were unable to accomplish during the winter period for organizational reasons, “they are trying to catch up now,” and, first of all, this relates to the destruction of the Ukrainian energy system.

Yusova emphasized:

And [measures] to counter these [war] crimes [of the Russian Federation] are also known, and the Ukrainian leadership will talk about this out loud to the whole world.

Earlier we wrote that Zelensky reported the number of missiles and “Shaheds” with which the invaders hit Ukraine on the night of April 11 .
