The governor of the Smolensk region, Vasily Anokhin, said in the morning that the region was attacked by drones, their target was fuel and energy facilities. As a result of the UAV strike, fires occurred in the Smolensky and Yartsevo districts. According to Putin's official, there were no casualties in the shelling, NBN reports.

At the same time, the ASTRA Telegram channel, citing stories from local residents, reported that the Smolensk Oil Refinery caught fire in the region after a drone attack. Eyewitnesses reported at least 4-5 explosions. Footage of a powerful fire at the enterprise began to be published on the Internet.

As a result of a UAV strike, a fire broke out at a refinery or oil storage facility in the Voronezh region, a video of which was also published on the Internet.

It was also a restless night in Lipetsk, where drones attacked a tractor plant, as reported in local public pages. Nothing is known yet about the extent of damage to the LTZ.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the destruction of drones over the Smolensk, Voronezh, Kursk and Belgorod regions.
