About the fact that this Thursday, April 25, Putin’s troops will once again once struck a populated area in the specified region, hitting a civilian infrastructure facility in Balakleya, NBN writes, citing information published in the official Telegram channel of the head of the Kharkov Regional Military Administration (OVA) Oleg Sinegubov.
According to the head of the Kharkov OVA, the attack of the invaders fell on Balakleya in the Izyum district – a hit was recorded in the vicinity of the local railway station.
In accordance with preliminary information, only five civilian victims were known: injuries of varying severity to two men and three women.
However, later the number of victims of war crimes by soldiers of the terrorist state increased to seven people.
