In an interview with Channel 24, a representative of Zelensky’s Office noted that any citizen of our country has responsibilities, even if he fled abroad. Therefore, in addition to the right to use the services of their state, men must be aware of their responsibilities, as the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Kuleba previously spoke about.

The official emphasized that during the war the state can make any decisions in order to increase the country’s chances of survival, NBN reports.

Adviser to the head of the OPU noted that citizens need to wait for additional clarification regarding the work of consular services after the new law on mobilization comes into force.

At the same time, as he emphasized Podolyak, the position of the state remains absolutely clear – there will be no remote documents, they will be issued exclusively on the territory of our country.

We would like to remind you that the Rada wants to receive clarification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the suspension of consular services for Ukrainian men abroad.
