Stephanishina said that the Ukrainian leadership wants to keep track of those men who left from the country, but can be mobilized. She emphasized that the government will continue to recruit military personnel into the army until the end of hostilities.
This is reported by NBN with reference to Channel 24.
According to the official, Kyiv’s ban on the issuance of passports to men of military age in other countries does not mean their automatic mobilization and deprivation of temporary protection status. In addition, Ukraine will not forcibly return such citizens from abroad.
The Vice Prime Minister noted that the leadership of Ukraine needs to keep records and plan further mobilization activities as long as hostilities continue in the country . Stefanyshina emphasized that war is not a period that brings positive solutions, it is a time of massive losses among defenders and civilians.
Previously, restrictions for Ukrainian men abroad were commented on by the Office of the President.
