The bank regulator has updated the tariffs for a number of services, primarily for cash services.

About the fact that such innovations will improve the quality of cash hryvnia put into circulation, and will also ensure the availability of exchange during the settlement period, writes NBN, referring to the official page of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
In particular, the National Bank has approved changed tariffs for financial institutions, collection companies and organizations engaged in processing cash.
Now clients of the above structures for cashing out funds in hryvnia will have to pay:
- 0.2 percent of the amount (instead of 0.4 percent) —applies to change, circulating coins, bills of smaller denominations (20, 50, 100, 200);
- 0.4 percent of the volume of cash received—applies to banknotes of high denominations (500 and 1 000);
- 0.15 percent of the amount of issued “cash” (instead of 0.25 percent)— concerns change, circulating coins, lower denomination banknotes (20, 50, 100 and 200);
- 0.1 percent of the amount (instead of 0.25 percent) – applies to high denomination bills of 500 and 1 ;000 hryvnia;
- delivery of banknotes of the 2003-2007 edition, in denominations of 50, 200 and 500 hryvnia (not excluding the unsorted type), is free of charge (instead of 0.25 percent of amounts).
It should be noted that the above changes will take effect no earlier than July 1 of the current year.
