Not so long ago, the Armed Forces of Ukraine assured that the May 9 “deadline” set by Putin’s army to capture Chasovoy Yar in the Donetsk region is insurmountable, but in the long term, the occupation of this settlement is very possible.

About the fact that the terrorist state at this stage of the war has concentrated more than 20,000 “manpower” around Chasovoy Yar, trying to capture this settlement before the above-described date, NBN writes, citing the explanation of the speaker of the operational-strategic group of troops (OSGV) “Khortitsa” by Nazar Voloshin, aired during a telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.
According to Voloshin, Moscow has not reconsidered its approach to the previously planned goal— “ reach the administrative borders of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.”
According to Ukrainian military intelligence, Russia is trying to transfer forces and replenish depleted units in various frontline areas. However, on the Chasovoyarovsky sector of the front, the Russian generals concentrated a group in the range from 20,000 to 25,000 military personnel.
It should be noted that, according to the opinion of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov , after capturing Chasovoy Yar, Putin’s troops, apparently, plan to go in the direction of Pokrovsk.
