The Italian publication Corriere della Sera, referring to the draft document, reported that the Alliance member states at the organization’s summit in Washington, which will take place in July, they want to sign a refusal to introduce NATO armed forces into Ukraine.

Journalists claim that one of the main provisions of the bloc’s corresponding declaration is “no boots on the ground,” NBN writes with link to Kreschatic.

Also, according to media reports, managing the Ramstein contact group from 50 countries, which is now the responsibility of the head of the US Department of Defense Lloyd Austin, may become the task of the Alliance headquarters. A corresponding decision will also be made at the NATO summit in the US capital.

Recall that earlier the Italian publication La Repubblica claimed that the Alliance has two conditions under which the organization will send its troops to Ukraine. According to journalists, there are two such “red lines” for NATO.
