On the fact that Kiev intends to organize the second Global Peace Summit before the presidential elections in the USA—the conference, apparently, will be held in November 2024, writes NBN, referring to the Bloomberg material.
According to journalists, such attempts by Kiev, aimed at the prompt organization of the second Global Peace Summit before the presidential elections in the United States, indicate a sense of urgency of the process by Ukraine, since the country will soon may face “the prospect of Donald Trump returning to the White House.”
In particular, Trump recently boasted that he was able to end the war before his inauguration in January, while simultaneously opposing providing further military assistance to Ukraine.
However, a number of American officials are still not completely sure that the Global Peace Summit will take place with the participation of Russia.
