On the fact that the panel of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague should hold the terrorist state accountable for the missile attack on the Okhmatdyt children's hospital, writes NBN, referring to the statement, voiced by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andrey Kostin, and published by Reuters.
According to Kostin, such an investigation will help establish the pattern of attacks by Putin’s army on civilian targets, and will also prove that the Russian Federation is committing crimes against humanity in Ukraine.
The Prosecutor General emphasized:
For the sake of international justice, cases such as a deliberate attack on the largest children's hospital in Kiev, should be transferred to the ICC.
At the same time, the publication noted that the Hague Court does not comment in a public format on what specific charges the Russian Federation is currently investigating, but warns, anyone found guilty of attacks on civilian objects may be brought to criminal liability.
