During a joint briefing with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg the Ukrainian leader answered a question from journalists regarding Orban’s visit to Moscow. Media representatives asked whether the Hungarian Prime Minister went to the capital of the Russian Federation in agreement with Zelensky, NBN reports.
According to the guarantor, he did not know that after visiting Kyiv, the representative of Budapest would go to meetings with the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping. The President noted that he does not know “where the head of the Hungarian government will go tomorrow.”
Zelensky added that not all leaders can be mediators in negotiations, since to fulfill the corresponding role you need to have a certain strength and authority.
We recall that earlier at a press conference with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the leader of the Ukrainians explained in detail why Orban cannot be a mediator between Kiev and Moscow.
