O  ;that soon the parliament will consider in the second reading the draft law No. 4201 “On the calculation of time in Ukraine”, which provides for the abandonment of the annual “change of hands,” writes “NBN”, referring to the Telegram channel People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
As it became known, the people's representatives got acquainted with the above document at the meeting of the relevant committee yesterday, July 12, and as a result, it was decided to recommend the Verkhovna Rada, based on the results of consideration in the second reading , adopt the bill as a whole.
In the scenario of the bill coming into force, one of the clock changes may remain, since the information card of the document states: Kyiv time is the time zone to which the capital belongs Ukraine —the city of Kyiv, which belongs to the second time zone in the national coordinated time scale of the country UTC(UA)+2 and corresponds to winter time (now summer time).
