According to Pezeshkian, Russia is a “valuable strategic ally and neighbor” of Iran, so Tehran will remain committed to strengthening and prioritizing the development of multilateral cooperation with Moscow. In particular, Iran supposedly wants peace between the Russian Federation and Ukraine and is ready to support proposals aimed at “achieving peace.”

At the same time, the Russian Ambassador to Iran Alexey Dedov assured “ mouthpieces of the Kremlin”, that the terrorist state will remain on the same comprehensive long-term “strategic course” (apparently, we are talking about the supply of Shaheeds and other Iranian weapons) in relations with Iran, despite the election of Pezeshkian after the death of the previous president, Ibrahim Raisi, in a plane crash. In addition, Dedov added Russia is not against “considering proposals” regarding “peaceful mediation” of Iran.

However, ISW analysts recalled Kremlin tyrant Vladimir Putin rejects any possibility of third party mediation in potential relations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine.

Earlier, we wrote about that the Russian Federation received from Iran new high-precision Qaem-5 bombs.
