According to Stoltenberg, at the summit they got acquainted with various models that should be applied for Ukraine regarding joining the defense bloc, but they will not rush to implement them yet.
However, it is already clear that the most important result of the Washington summit is the broadcast of the strongest political “message” from all allied states, Ukraine will definitely become a member of NATO, and also that Kiev’s path to integration into the Alliance is absolutely irreversible.
The Secretary General of the Alliance added —NATO, not only through rhetoric, but and by direct actions, shows the whole world its full support for Ukraine, sending the warring country more and more military aid, air defense systems and ammunition.
