During the press conference, the Ukrainian leader said that the member countries of the North Atlantic Alliance condemned “peacekeeping mission” of the head of the Hungarian government in the capital of the Russian Federation, NBN reports.

According to Zelensky, if the prime minister used the visit to Kyiv to make himself more comfortable at the meeting with Putin in Moscow afterwards, then this is wrong. The president stated that this is why he does not support Orban's visit to the Russian capital.

The guarantor noted that the actions of the Budapest representative were condemned by both the EU countries and the Alliance states. The visit of the Hungarian prime minister to the Russian Federation was also discussed at the closed Ukraine-NATO Council – it was said that none of the members of the organization can have a pro-Russian policy.

At the same time, the Ukrainian leader added that Kyiv needs to try to build relations with Budapest.

Recall that Orban's press secretary announced the transfer of the “peace plan” of the head of the Hungarian government to the leaders of the European Union.
