The British intelligence report refers to a report from a Russian publication Meduza, which stated that the government of the aggressor country is introducing an “information exchange system” between the Ministry of Defense and the FSB. With its help, the FSB border service will receive operational data on potential conscripts.
In this way, Moscow hopes to prevent the escape of conscripts from the country. The corresponding system should be operational by the fall, NBN reports with reference to the page of the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense on the social network X.
The department recalled that after the Kremlin announced the so-called partial mobilization in 2022, hundreds of thousands of citizens of the state terrorists went abroad, which negatively affected the labor market in the Russian Federation.
