Exactly a week ago, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) Dmitry Lubinets made a statement – Kyiv intends to conduct another large exchange of prisoners of war with a terrorist state.

About the fact that today, July 17 , Ukraine and the Russian Federation will exchange almost 100 prisoners of war, thanks to the mediation of the United Arab Emirates, writes NBN, citing Bloomberg's material.
In accordance with the agency's information, the above exchange is planned for this Wednesday morning – each side can release 90 prisoners unless unspecified factors prevent the implementation of the agreement.
It should be noted that this exchange will be the sixth exchange carried out with the assistance of the United Arab Emirates and thereby will increase the total number of prisoners exchanged through the mediation of the UAE in this year, “to almost 1,400 people.”
Earlier, our information portal wrote that Lubinets reported how many civilians Ukraine returned individuals from captivity of the Russian Federation in 10 years.
