The Rada answered whether it is possible to update military registration data after July 16 and avoid a fine

Until Tuesday, July 16, all Ukrainians liable for military service (18-60 years old) had to update their military registration information as part of strengthening the mobilization process, otherwise they would become “draft dodgers.”

According to Tsymbalyuk, in order to avoid financial punishment when trying to update data after the specified period, a citizen must have a good reason, for example, a negative health condition.

Also, the protocol drawn up by the TCC/SP and sent to the court, in addition to the fine, provides for the establishment of the location of the violator with the involvement of the police, who will be able to put the unscrupulous citizen on the wanted list.

In addition, evading the  mobilizations can seize property if the fine has reached the amount of 160,000 hryvnia, but on one condition—the Cabinet of Ministers will make changes to the by-laws “to systematize this.”
