Former prisoner of war Viktor Lakhno with the call sign “Leleka” said, that on July 17, Maxim Bobylev was exchanged, who collaborated with the administration of a terrorist state, renounced the citizenship of his country and wanted to get a Russian passport, and also participated in the beating of Azov fighters, NBN reports.
