Maslova explained that for the vast majority of residents of our country, winter time is the most natural.

Now Kiev time, which corresponds to The 2nd time zone on the coordinated time scale, within which most of the country is located. In the 1st time zone there is part of Transcarpathia, and in the 3rd – Lugansk region, Donetsk region and parts of the Kharkov region, Dnepropetrovsk region and Zaporozhye.

According to the specialist, chronobiologists have long recognized that changing clocks every six months is not useful for the body, and for some people, for example, those who have cardiovascular diseases, it is even harmful.
