Former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a speech at RUSI Land Warfare Conference 2024 in London said technology will be decisive in the Russian-Ukrainian war. The general noted that the hostilities that began in 2022 are completely different from those that have been going on since 2014, NBN reports.

According to the ambassador, the Russian war against Ukraine is not yet a war of the future, but a war of transition, which forms new rules and models. Zaluzhny is convinced that technology will be the basis of future global security.

At the same time, the former military leader noted that neither Ukraine nor the terrorist state, for various reasons, will be able to independently master technology in the near future. The only way out is to increase the amount of human resources.

Zaluzhny added that Ukraine creates technologies, but cannot scale them, while at the same time, partners have resources, but there is no field for testing them. Therefore, only together our country and allies will be able to effectively use the resource.

Recall that the Commander-in-Chief of NATO forces in Europe assessed Ukraine’s strategy in the war with the Russian Federation.
