The artist who treacherously fled to the Russian Federation, from where she actively supports the so-called “SVO”, in an interview with Russian blogger Tatarka she recalled working for Yanukovych, NBN reports.
Povaliy began praising the former president of Ukraine. The singer explained that she supported him because she was attracted by the “tragic” biography of Putin’s ally – the pro-Russian politician grew up in the village, he was raised by his grandmother.
According to the artist, Yanukovych, who grew up without a mother, achieved “such success ” In addition, Povaliy liked the clean cities and the way people live in the Donbass. The traitor emphasized that this region “was also important” for her.
The singer said that she gained more life experience as a deputy of the Party of Regions than as an artist. She remembered how she went with a group of people’s deputies to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Povaliy is perplexed why, after this visit to Moscow, she was then summoned for questioning to the prosecutor's office.
The artist said that then the political power of Yanukovych showed that Ukraine was “going the wrong way”, that it “should” be friends with Russian Federation, however, “many did not understand this.”
Recall that recently, in another interview, Povaliy called the invasion of Putin’s army into Ukraine “salvation” and spoke about “secret letters of gratitude” from compatriots.
