Foreign Ministry spokesman during the briefing, he said that the Ukrainian side is ready to participate in consultations on resolving the conflict with Hungary and Slovakia in accordance with the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, if the European Commission makes a corresponding decision.
However, Kiev has a condition for this – the consultations must be convened at the pan-European level, NBN reports with reference to the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
According to Tykhyi, Ukraine is cooperating with the EU and other countries to counter Russian aggression, in particular through sanctions. He recalled that the provisions of the restrictive measures of the National Security and Defense Council concern only the commercial activities of the Russian company Lukoil on the territory of our state.
Earlier, the leadership of Slovakia announced how it intends to “punish” Ukraine for the ban on the transit of Russian oil to Hungary.
