Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Serhiy Popko reported details of the large-scale drone strike by the Russian Armed Forces on the capital at night, speaking about the results of the air defense forces' work.

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration said that on the night of Wednesday, July 31, the troops of the aggressor country carried out one of the largest drone attacks in the entire war. He noted that the main target of the occupiers' strike was Kyiv, NBN reports.
The official noted that this drone attack on the capital was the seventh this month and the most massive in terms of the number of drones this year. The air raid alert lasted 7 hours, the invaders' UAVs entered the city in waves from almost all directions. According to preliminary information, there was no damage or casualties as a result of the drone strike.
Popko clarified that the air defense destroyed more than 30 UAVs in the skies above the capital and on the approaches to it, noting that the exact data will be made public by the Ukrainian Air Force.
Recall that the Navy warned Ukrainians about a possible massive missile attack by the occupiers in the near future.
