Putin's spokesman told Russian media that as a result of the prisoner exchange with Western countries yesterday in Russia the FSB special forces unit “Alpha” and the GRU have returned, NBN writes, citing the Interfax propaganda agency.
According to the Russian dictator's press secretary, the killer handed over by the German authorities, who killed the Chechen commander Zelimkhan Khangoshvili in the capital of Germany, served in the FSB special forces unit “Alpha” with several members of the Kremlin's head security detail.
The Russian Presidential Administration representative also stated that Artem and Anna Dultsev, prisoners in Slovenia, who returned to Russia yesterday as part of the exchange, were illegal intelligence agents.
Recall that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and German Justice Minister Marco Buschmann explained Berlin's decision to extradite Krasikov to the Russians.
