Feygin said in an interview with OBOZ.UA that the resource potential of the aggressor country has begun to decline, so how fewer and fewer Russians want to join the ranks of Putin's army, which is due to several factors, NBN reports.

According to the oppositionist, the Kremlin is now increasing payments to contract soldiers so that they go to fight against Ukraine. At the same time, there are fewer and fewer citizens in the Russian Federation who are in dire need of finance.

Those Russians who participated in the so-called “special operation” for money have already been maimed or have become “cargo 200”. It is even more difficult to find potential invaders in large cities, since their residents can find comparable salaries.

The second reason for the reluctance of Russians to go to war is the risk of death. Those who have been in the so-called “SVO zone” return home and tell what is really happening there, that “people are dying like flies.” Therefore, the authorities have to encourage citizens to join the ranks of the invaders with payments.

Earlier, Russian media reported that the head of the Kremlin doubled the one-time payment for signing a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry for at least a year.
